RECENT Complete Machine Rebuild at 9,145 hours, See our “Repair / Condition” for Details, Ex Municipal Machine, This Unit Has Been Through our “Marcel Reconditioning Process” & All Needed Repairs Have Been Completed. Caron SU Landfill Blade, CAT Plus Compaction Wheels, Front & Rear Striker Bars, No Spin Front Differential, Complete Machine Will Be Sandblasted, Primed, Painted & New Decals Applied, Warranty Included.
In 2015 at 9,145 hours, Marcel Equipment completed the following REBUILDING/RECONDITIONING of the machine as part of a sale;
REBUILT engine with all CAT OEM parts
REBUILT torque with all CAT OEM parts
REBUILT transmission with all CAT OEM parts
REBUILT transfer case with all CAT OEM parts
REBUILT front axle with all CAT OEM parts
REBUILT rear axle with all CAT OEM parts
REBUILT rear axle trunnion mounts
REBUILT articulation hitch
REBUILT parking brake assembly
REBUILT hydraulic pump
REBUILT electrical / relay panel
RECONDITIONED cab
Radiator & all other coolers were sent out for cleaning & testing
Resealed blade lift cylinder
Installed NEW blade cylinder mount bearings
Installed NEW bearing in cylinder mount yoke
Resealed both steering cylinders
Serviced & cleaned complete HVAC system
Replaced all required hoses, lines & tubes
Checked drive train & repaired as needed
Installed NEW fire suppression system
Machine was sand blasted & painted
Of those 9,145 hours at time of rebuild, 4,586 of them were idle hours
Upon arrival to our yard, all covers & guards were removed & machine was power washed
Both visual & operational inspections were completed
The machine was serviced as follows:
Engine oil filter was cut open & inspected - clean
Transmission oil & filter changed, filter cut open & checked - clean
Hydraulic oil & filter changed & checked - clean
Both differential oil levels good & oils clean
Articulation hitch was checked - good
Rear axle oscillation was checked - good
Engine, transmission & hydraulic oils were replaced
The following pressures were checked to ensure within OEM spec:

Transmission lube
Torque inlet/outlet
Steering
Pilot
Implement
Engine oil
Fuel
Accumulator
Boost
Stall speed
Installed NEW radio
Installed NEW wiper motor
Complete HVAC unit was serviced & cleaned
Serviced a/c system
Installed NEW batteries
Serviced electrical bay
Replaced transfer case output seal
Resealed right & left side steering cylinders
Inspected parking brake assembly
Installed NEW seat cushion
Installed NEW heater taps
Completed engine valve set
Replaced PCV filter
All grease points checked & machine greased
All repairs have been completed & machine will soon enter our weld shop for some cosmetic repairs.
