Single-story: A Single-Story Containerized Hydraulic Moving Floor is a versatile solution for efficient material handling and storage. Unlike its multi-story counterpart, it consists of a single container placed on the ground, equipped with a Hydraulic Moving Floor Assembly. This assembly allows for the controlled discharge of materials at a predetermined rate, enhancing operational efficiency. Hydraulic Moving Floor: At the core of this system is the hydraulic moving floor, a dynamic mechanism that enables the controlled and automated movement of bulk materials within the storage facility. This technology utilizes hydraulic power to mobilize a series of ladder system with flights, facilitating the smooth and adjustable transport of materials. The hydraulic moving floor offers a versatile solution for managing various types of wood and biomass materials, optimizing space utilization and ensuring a consistent flow in discharge. The automated control system incorporates a Hydraulic Cylinder with a ladder system to regulate the discharge of bulk materials at a specific tonnage per hour. The Marine Container incorporates a Hydraulic Moving Floor Assembly installed on its floor. This system enables the controlled discharge of bulk materials loaded from the top of the container. The regulated discharge is achieved by activating the ladder system's movement.
